What can we offer you as
trainers? Well first and foremost, service that is top notch and extremely
fast. I built this to service you in the fastest time possible so all your
questions are answered promptly. Your meal plan is written out for you so
you don't have to do it anymore and do not have to figure out what your
body needs. We do this for you and we guarantee it is correct. On top of
that, your meal plan is full of foods that have been PROVEN to work and maximize the amount of fat loss and
muscle gain. Your plan does not just give you your daily totals but has the
actual foods you NEED to eat to get the best results available.
Second, an initial resistance training program that the majority of you
have not tried and is currently being used by my clients now that
will most definitely be a change from the norm. We will initially see your
response and constantly tweak things as the program goes along. Overall I
have not found one person yet that hasn't received better results with this
type of training than most traditional plans. Did I design this plan? I
certainly did not but it is based on the fundamentals of weight training
that most programs do not account for.
Third, Fourth and Fifth you will get your daily calorie and macronutrient
breakdown, customized notes that goes along with your program and supplementation and your own grocery list that coincides with
the foods you will be eating. This does vary as not everyone likes certain
food items and this will be discussed in your initial consultation.
What you have to ask yourself now is the question that most people's egos
stand in the way of asking; Do I need a trainer? Well at one point in their
lives I believe most people do and this includes myself. This is not
because we lack the ability to do it ourselves but more importantly I
believe most people get bogged down in the minutia and details of this
sport that they often forget the basics. I see so many people trying every
pill, protein, hormone, you name it but still lack the basic concepts of
nutrition and training. You want to know what the secret formula is? Its
the basics and its the most overlooked aspect in this sport. From no
carbohydrate diets, to CKD's, to hormones and supplementes that claim to
burn fat, the list is endless in minutia that continues to bog down people.
The ultimate result? FRUSTRATION!!! The supplement companies live off these tactics
as they want you to believe its more complicated than it is. Trust me, IT'S NOT!
So if you've felt the frustration that all of us had at one point in time
its time to try something new. Instead of buying the next best thing on the
shelves why don't do you make sure you have the basics right. I can do this
for you. My plan is to get you to the point that you won't need me anymore.
Once we find what works for you the hard part is over. You will have down
