““Gained 16 Pounds in 49 days”

X-Factor
Here are some of the gains I’ve made from X-Factor.
Current Weight: 163LB’s (In morning Pre-workout, no food) [up from 147]
Bench: At the beginning of X-Factor I could only do 205 like twice on a good day, now I do 225 around 3-5 times. (*My shoulders did start to flare up like last week but no longer a problem).
Incline: I used to work my way up to a struggling 155, now I do 185 with pretty decent effort.
Squats: Due to knee problems, I would get up a sloppy 225, but now i’m working towards getting a full set of 275 in (knee still flares up from time to time).
Bent Over Row: My school only goes up to 90LB DB’s, and they’re extremely easy, pre-stack I could only do 75’s (80 on a good day).
Lat Pull Down: I used to only do 180, with trouble. Now I do 240 (with trouble).
Bicep Curls: My conc. curls have gone up 15 pounds while my str. bar curls have gone up 30LB’s.
Triceps: Extensions have gone up around 2 plates (10 pound plates), but my headbangers (skull crushers) have stayed the same.
Push Press: I noticed real gains here, I used to only do 115 (around 8 reps, and 135 around 3 reps); Now I warm up with 135 and work my way up to 165 (for around 4 reps).
These are just some of the exercise gains i’ve seen. If you’d like to know about another workouts gain please look at my workout schedules and select the exercises you want me to comment on. X-Factor Impression: I’ll be purchasing 2 bottles every 100 days (50 days on, 50 days off). Great product, you’re joints can flare up at times but I didn’t really have a problem with it (I had a little bit of a shoulder problem earlier on).
I will be using the following stack for the rest of the year-
X-Factor (On and off)
PowerFULL
Symmetry
Clout (Mixed with Storm)
Real Gains
Animal Pak
I have one more day of X-Factor and it hasn’t let me down. The first few weeks you see minimal gains and start to wonder if you’ve been scammed, but by week 4 you see the effects. I have the same abdominal visibility that I did before the stack. Although Cardio hasn’t gotten any easier (X-Factor doesn’t help that, or pretend to help it either). “

Cytomax
“Guess nobody else here has tried this but me eh? Guess everybody’s into bodybuilding and they figure that this supplement is only for the pansy mountain bikers, or endurance athletes! Well guess again fellas, if you wanna get shredded and dialed in for spring and summer, your gonna need cardio! And this stuff is the BEST cardio supplement ever! In fact it makes my MAX-OT, HIIT cardio sessions bearable. It totally buffers the lactic acid buildup and increases your perceived time to exhaustion. This is one awesome supplement that I believe every hardcore bodybuilder should add to his or her regiment, especially when dieting down! Now I know, it’s not much use if your just liftin’ weights, but it’s a must for cardio!”

It has been proven to lower your chance of getting cancer and Alzheimer’s disease, but most people don’t realize how accessible it is. I’m referring to Curcumin –the natural pigment that gives the spice turmeric its yellow color. Curcumin is a member of the ginger family and is used extensively in Asian and Indian cuisine to make curries, dhal, pilaf and chutney.
So how does it help ward off cancer and Alzheimer’s disease? In the 1990’s researchers discovered the risk of developing colon, breast, prostate and lung was 15 times lower in India than in America. Researchers also found Americans have four times the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease as the people in India. They attribute those statistics in large part to Curcumin.
In the past decade there has been an explosion of interest in the benefits associated with Curcumin, with more than 800 studies done in the last four years alone. What researchers know so far is that Curcumin contains polyphenols and curcuminoids that have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-amyloid properties. It interferes with tumor development, prevents oxidative damage to cells, and reduces brain plaques associated with Alzheimer’s disease. Other health benefits associated with a diet rich in Curcumin include the reduction of inflammatory bowel disease, improvement of liver function, it’s even known to lower cholesterol and act as a pain reliever.
So how much Curcumin do you need to consume to reap the benefits? According to researchers, there are currently no recommendations but most studies used 1200mg of 95% standardized Curcumin. But, before you head out to the store to stock up on turmeric you should know that pregnant women and anyone with gallstones should avoid Curcumin because it increases bile production.
You can obtain the benefits of Curcumin by cooking with turmeric. Researchers found people who ate curry once a day had a 49% reduced risk of cognitive impairment, while those who ate curry at least three times a week had a 38% reduced risk of mental decline. Basically, the more you eat the better the results.

Venom Hyperdrive
Now I have been taking the pill form of VPX’s Redline for quite some time now. Since my body has grown accustomed to that product I was popping up to 9pills/day. DO NOT do this as they recommend 6 max. I purchased this product and IT IS AMAZING for several reasons…
A) I have ridiculous amounts of energy for up to 12 hours.
B)Due to the Hoodiax, I am not hungry at all. I force myself to eat my 7 meals/day!
C)You only take 1 pill to begin with and maybe, MAYBE 2 down the line
D)I sweat up a thermogenic storm!
This product is truly equatable to ephedra! I have lost 3 pounds in 5 days, healthy diet and exercise. This product is definitely not for the weak and you must be 21 to purchase. I have found a new love in terms of supplements and nothing can change my mind.

Now that Bulk offers Gaspari products, I will buy from them, but I tried out two bottles of Novedex Xtreme from my local health food store before Bulk began carrying it. I rate this product in between 6-OXO and Formestane. E-Form from Dermabolics is far and above the best anti-estrogen I’ve used and I haven’t found anything to top Formestane, I just can’t say enough about it. If you’re not familiar with the benefits that Formestane has and why it’s the best anti-estrogen, then reference my E-Form review in the “Anti-Estrogens” pulldown menu.
Novedex Xtreme does it’s job, it will dry you out and block the effects of estrogen. I can’t comment on how it affects libido, as I’ve only tried it combined with Vitrix / Cabergoline which both work great at boosting libido. I can say that with those two products my libido was dramatically increased though, so maybe this stuff added to the effects of the other two. One cool thing about this product is once daily dosing, instead of two or three times daily with 6-OXO because of its shorter half-life. All in all I was satisfied with this.

FUZE
“Another great product from Primaforce. It gives a very nice increase in “alpha-male” characteristics, like confidence/assertiveness, libido and sense of well being. A warning: Another reviewer recommended doubling the dose. This gave me a very bad case of “roid rage”. I have used various androgens and never have I experienced anything like this. I now use 2 caps 3 times a day. Let me be clear that I am not comparing the anabolic effects of this product to androgens, although this does work as well (in my experience) as 4AD. The libido boost and increase in sensitivity is a very nice side effect, making this a potent pro-sexual product. I believe this, combined with Vitex, to be one of the best non-hormonal anabolic stacks out now.
Overall it is a great product for men who want to look and feel great. “

Here is a nice summarized review of Mass FX by Anabolic Xtreme
MASS FX Review
Size - 7/10
While I believe that MassFX helped me add some size, I feel that its biggest impact is on strength. To me, X-Factor really was the “size-supplement” and MassFX was more geared towards my strength increases. Obviously by association with strength increases, it was a factor in my size gains though.
Strength - 10/10
I started taking this stuff, and from day 4-5 onward, I was hitting a PR EVERY TIME I HIT THE GYM! Absolutely killer in the strength department. The effects were pretty constant from the end of the first week until the last day. I didn’t seem to have any bad workouts.
Agression - 9/10
Now, this is the good agression. The agression where you pick up the weights and you never want to put them down. I had to force myself out of the gym. I was taking less time in-beween sets and ripping out sets like nothing. This definitely gives you that added kick in the gym.
Endurance - 8.5/10
I was pretty suprised about this. Not only was endurance up in weight training, but cardio as well. Cardio was a breeze. During weight training, I would seemingly have just as much strength on my first set as my last of the workout. When you are hitting PR’s at the start and finish of your workout, something is going VERY VERY RIGHT!!
Other - 10/10
Other than the above mentioned effects, MASS-FX had some awesome unexpected effects. First, I was getting some of the best sleep of my LIFE. This is at college too, so it was really helping me all around. Also, due in part to the sleep, recovery was MUCH improved. These aspects of MASS-FX cannot be overlooked, as they certainly help in achieving a great body.
Side Effects - 10/10
All I saw was a bit of chest acne…That is it!!
Other Notes
I took this with X-factor and I believe that this stack is on of the best possible combos on the market right now. The combo of size and strength was incredible. I put on 13 pounds in 50 days!!
